This quilt was done with 42 t-shirts cut 12″x12″.  The back was a Keepsake Calico Fabric  (Black Scroll Damask) from JoAnn Fabrics.  The batting inside is Warm and Natural.  Each t-shirt is first prepped by ironing on Pellon Interfacing to prevent stretching and distortion during the sewing and quilting process.  The quilting is a freehand all over pattern done on a long arm quilting machine.
